Weekend Retreat - Friday thru Sunday. 

• Day of Arrival 3-5 pm

5 Day Retreat - Monday thru Friday.

• Day of Arrival 3-5 pm

Week Long Retreat -  Monday thru Sunday.

What to Bring:

• Alarm Clock

• Bed Linens for a Twin Bed

• Towels & Soap

Note: Casual attire is acceptable; however shorts, halters, beachwear, sleeveless dresses, etc. are inappropriate.
